  • Back - and i hope for good

    Hi everyone,

Its been 3 years and all I can say I miss you all here.

I did well for a while but allowed drama to suck my self-control down the drain.

I am very thankful for the email I received from the board the other day asking where I have been, as i needed that.
    So here I am.
And I look forward to getting to know you guys and giving/receiving support.

I also have a few new recipes up my sleeves.
But don't hold me to it until I get past these first couple weeks.

Wow, you look at least 10 years younger than your first picture. Congrats on making it back to what's good for you. I look forward to your recipes. Hope you have a great week.

Welcome back, and good luck!! I'm new to this website, so I didn't know you before. I just finished my first "real" week on Induction, but I've only lost barely 3 lbs. Guess I should be happy, but doing this the first time I had already lost 5 lbs.

Welcome back and good luck! You already know you can do this because you were so successful that last time. I know how life has a way of sidetracking us but if you stick around we can all get through this together. Can't wait to see the recipes because we all need some variety.
