    Good Morning! Day 15 here, I weighed in and measured this morning. Down 1.5lbs (total of 6.5lbs in 2 weeks) and I'm down a total of 16 inches for 2 weeks - woohoo!!

    Mornin. I'm here, fine and frisky. Things have been super busy here at home lately, but I'm keeping on with my program, drinking lots of water, walking a mile a day & swimming, doing crunches, watching my carbs like a hawk, etc.

    I switched from Splenda to a Stevia product called Sweetleaf this week. And I can feel my weight-loss is back on track. (I'm sure the sugar bulkers in Splenda is what stalled me out for the past 2 weeks). Won't know if this is working until I weigh in on Saturday, as I'm in the Weigh-No-Weigh challenge, lol.

      I'm checking in. Got rid of the extra 4 lbs quickly (knowing it was extra water weight). 3 lbs until I get back to my low weight.

      Not doing so hot with skipping diet coke.... so will try a little harder next week to drop it...... at least it doesn't stall me.

        Good morning, glad to hear of your losses and progress...Day 2 of induction for me. Yesterday I did really well, I had an especially rewarding moment when I changed my usual late afternoon habit of eating fritoes and a soda pop, by eating the right foods instead. I need to drink more water, for sure. Today I took my measurements and wrote them down. I feel happy and confident. Have a great day!

          Hi...

          I'm here and very pleased. I am back in Ketosis after about a month of going in and out of it. So, my goal for now is to stay in Ketosis for 2 weeks before moving up the ladder of OWL.

          I am drinking my water and eating my 3 meals a day with 1 snack either mid-morning or afternoon. I am walking 2 miles approximately 4 times a week.

          I feel good about things at the moment. I just pray I do everything right this time around so that I don't have to start over again. I am eager to move up the ladder and have fun with the new foods and recipes!

            Hello.. I am back and trying AGAIN... I started last week with going to my water aerobics two times.. This week I am going 2 times and working on my food.. Today is Day 1.... I went by the grocery store for some meat..and they had beef onsale.. I got 2 roasts for $5 a piece..and a Steak for $2.. I am having my husband go by there and pick up some more.. I always need beef when I am detoxing...

                Just got back from the gym, needed to catch up on some mileage challenge miles! Their darn hot tub is not hot....so I just worked out longer. Feeling fine and drinking up!
