    Ok - why is it - I try and do induction to get me kick started back into weight loss..... and it turns out to be that time of the month???

    UGH!!!!!

    Ok just frustrated because I don't sleep well on day 1 - my muscles hurt and I'm just a plain PITA.

    At least I know the reason for the .8 lb weight gain this morning

    And just think of the big loss you'll probably see if you stick with the plan during your TOM, when it's over you'll be pleasantly surprised!

    Goal 1: Successful 14-day Induction, started
    9-8-08, met on 9-21-08: -6.3 lb, -7.75 inches WOO HOO!

    Goal 2: Lose 10% bodyweight, 19.6 pounds

    Goal 3: Walk, exercise bike, golf, or yoga 15-30 min, 3x/wk. Consistency counts more than anything.

    DON'T START OVER, GO FORWARD!

      That's happened to me before.... uggh

      also, it always comes during vacations and when we have a sitter.... its such a pain in the a$$!
