  • New Week

    And this is the week I'm giving up coffee and diet cokes. Wish me luck. Also, back to vigorous walking.

    We went on a whirlwind trip to Florida this weekend and I did well considering my lack of preparation. I ate more nuts than I should but in my mind, that's better than the reese's cup ice cream bar from the Circle K that I was considering...

    Good choice~~passing up the ice cream. Good luck on giving up the coffee & soda. Be prepared for a headache.

      Yeah, well. We're living in a travel trailer while our house is being built so between that and the traveling back and forth, I feel like I'm just hanging on here.

      If I make it to the completion of the house, THEN I can lose those last ten pounds.

        Drinking extra water should help. You made a great choice avoiding the Reese's! That's one of those things I can't have just one of...

        Goal 3: Walk, exercise bike, golf, or yoga 15-30 min, 3x/wk. Consistency counts more than anything.
