    I'm trying hard to focus on each day & not project into tomorrow or next week etc... I'm trying to focus on making each day a successful low carb day with some exercise & plenty of H20.

    Good Morning Everyone:

    I figured it was time I stopped lurking and posted a hello!

    I was frequent poster in past attempts of changing my WOL - And found it really helps to stay on track when I post. It keeps me accountable. So here I am!

    At the moment I am struggling with the scale (yes I measure too) in two weeks nothing has changed. Not one pound or centemeter. I'm sure somewhere in places I dont or cant measure, I have lost weight, fat centemeters

    I got very discouraged so I went back and tracked my past progress on plan - seems that I stall out every time around weeks 3-5ish. All but the first time of course. Armed with my own statistics I now know I just have to keep plugging forward- exercising- eating what I am eating and it will all catch up and move eventually.

    I dont think this is a test of my willpower, it's a test of my patience

      Morning all!

      Going to the gym to get my last workout on before the triathlon on Sat.(I'm resting tomorrow)

      Other than that, a whole lotta nothing going on!

        I guess this is where I belong. I'm back in induction for my third try at this as of this morning. Wishing us all great success whatever our personal goals may be.
        1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
        2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
        3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
        Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

        Current Mini Goals:
        1) 35 pounds lost
        2) 40 pounds lost to move to Rung 5
        3) 45 pounds lost to update 15 pound loss picture series

            here, still with the sore quads. I found out what kind of workout derby training entails, and I hope I can get up to snuff fast enough! ye gads.

              Courage and faith, that's what I hear from those have posted so far today. Courage to keep trying, faith that I can do it.

              Today is Day 11 for me. The scale has stayed the same for 4 days. But I have faith, because of the following signs: my jeans are all too long now, my watch no longer cuts into my arm, my clogs slip on easily without pinching my instep, if I sit up straight I can't see my belly below my breasts even if I try!

              Not to say it's been a breeze. I'm just focusing on what's going right, and trying to learn from my mistakes. Not trying, learning from my mistakes.

                Heya
                Did my exercise today talk about gruelling, i hired an instructor, so he pushes me alot, cardio and boxing. totally exhausted

                Redfoxglove i have the same thing as you the scale has not budged, its been 4 days now and nothing..... staying strong lol.
