This whole ketoese thing has me crazy. I lost 4 lbs and thats it. Im annoyed because i finnaly gave up the wine thing and still at a plateu. So im gonna give it one more week (because i feel funny with out veggies, not sick just dosnet seem right....) then if im still haveing a problem after next weekend Im starting the fat flush. Just wanted some honest feedback and also food suggestions for the flush and encouragemnt.

You can increase your fat intake by adding more olive oil to your salad, frying the meat in some oil (I only use olive oil), eating an avocado, or having an omelet in the morning instead of boiled eggs. The cheese should stay at 4 oz max, and most of us also have to be careful with the amount of sodium we eat (sausages have tons!).
