Morning all - I'm more like a tenth-time-arounder, but...
I started again in earnest at the end of June and did great for 2 months - lost 40 pounds. But I've been mostly off the wagon for the last month and have gained 14 back. I'd like to join the daily roll call - just checking in is a strong motivator for me. I've found when I drift away from the forum, I drift away from the diet.
Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself.
