Well,......not really.
My new scales arrived today, i'd been looking forward to there arrival for the last few day's since ordering them.
Anyway, stripped down to the birthday suit, i stepped on........and to be honest, i wish i hadn't bothered.
It appear's over the last 3 week's or so, i haven't lost anything. What a nice surprise!!.
Some of my clothes do fit better though.
I do have more spare time on my hand's now, so a lot of walking and the rowing machine will be getting the cobweb's wipe off. So, hopefully, that will make a difference.
Enjoy the rest of your day folk's and hopefully it will end with better result's than mine
