Hello Everyone,
I drifted away from reading forums before I drifted away from Atkins. Hurrican Ike hit and we didn't have electricity so we ate what we had and I just didn't worry about carbs. I gained 2 pounds. I am now back on the plan and I must realize that I really need to read the forum everyday. It inspires me.
