Mornin all. Well, I actually haven't been to bed yet, stealing sleep time to try and get things done after everyone else went to bed. Been doing a lot of that lately, lol.
I've learned something new this month which is, don't try to do too many adbb challenges in one month, especially when it's already a busy time. This month I took on the weigh-no-weigh, water-challenge, mileage-challenge, and abs-challenge. All of these things were already what I was doing so completing them was easy, but it was just keeping it all straight to be sure to report into all of them in the forums for the correct times-per-week, lol. Think for this next month, I'll just read and write in the forums and not try to keep up with reporting for challenges.

I think they're great and absolutely help you stay on point, but from now on I'm limiting myself to two at a time! It does get a bit, um, confusing
