  • Day 3 Induction....Non-newbie

I orginally began Atkins over 4 years ago and within the course of a year lost about 80 pounds and was about 40 pounds shy of my goal weight. Well I had to have a hysterectomy and lets just say everything went bad. It is now 3 years later and I am heavier than I was to begin with. I tried many different plans from weight watchers to Adipex and finally decided to retry the only plan that has EVER worked for me before. I am on day 3 and am now past the awful carb withdrawal phase and have lost 6 pounds already! I feel better than I have in years and hope this is a sign that I am on my way to success again!

Just wanted to say I am back!

    Happy Low-carbing to all,
    Ashlie

GLAD to see you back, you definitely will be successful again. This time you have experience to draw on that you didn't have before. It's working great for me, and lifting my spirits, and giving me reason to feel really good about myself. You know you can do it, too, and have all the rewards that come with it. Keep on!
