    Hello,
    Good Luck this is my second time around I had great success the first time, but gained about 30 lbs of it back...going for a lifetime change this time.

    Welcome and Good Luck Patti!
    1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
    2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
    3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
    Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

    Current Mini Goals:
    1) 35 pounds lost
    2) 40 pounds lost to move to Rung 5
    3) 45 pounds lost to update 15 pound loss picture series

      I'd be interested to hear more about what is your plan, have you shopped for your veggies, are you looking at some of the recipes in the back of the book, have you read or re-read your book?

      Goal 1: Successful 14-day Induction, started
      9-8-08, met on 9-21-08: -6.3 lb, -7.75 inches WOO HOO!

      Goal 2: Lose 10% bodyweight, 19.6 pounds

      Goal 3: Walk, exercise bike, golf, or yoga 15-30 min, 3x/wk. Consistency counts more than anything.

      DON'T START OVER, GO FORWARD!

        Congrats, on making the right decision to come back Patti. I'm in the same situation as you, as are many of us. We all want to change our WOE for life, and be healthy. Looking forward to sharing success stories with you in the future.

          Hi Patty,

          Congratulations on making the commitment to eating right and becoming healthier!

          You'll do just fine, prep for your meals and snacks and such...drink lots of water and add exercise each day and before you know it, those 30 lbs will be off!
