    Present, accounted for and hungry this morning. Need to go see what's available for breakfast. Have a great day all!
    1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
    2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
    3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
    Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

    1) 35 pounds lost
    2) 40 pounds lost to move to Rung 5
    3) 45 pounds lost to update 15 pound loss picture series

      I'm here and happy to report some movement on the scale in the RIGHT direction this time

      I need to get to the gym tonight - I've been a slacker for the past 3 days!!

        I think I'm in ketosis... I'm on day 4 of my restart this time... and yeah, 5 am I felt wide awake, so that's probably ketosis I'm thinking...

        I'm doing the re-read the book challenge also! Loving that...

        I feel good, I feel like I already look like I dropped 9 lbs. and I don't really know my start weight my scale was broken, but the last time I got on it before restarting I was 186.6 but then I ate small portions for a few days before starting and I think my restart weight was around 183 ish - but now I'm 181.2 - fully clothed... I need to go strip down for a correct weigh-in in a minute here...

        Actually, I will right now!

        Meh... 180 even.

        Oh well... more motivation to keep on keeping on!

          Having a rough time right now as my mother-in-law is about to pass away from alzheimers (she lives here with us). The doctor says it's just a matter of hours now, or she may linger a couple of days. We're pretty much just hanging in there, sitting vigilant with her, and being strong for each other as well.

              You're in my thoughts and prayers. My Dad has Alzheimer's. I am flying to Seattle tomorrow morning to see him. He's not doing very well, has started forgetting to swallow, etc.. I know he's not going to remember me, which will be tough. My mom is placing him in a facility the weekend of the 11th.
              I'll be thinking of you and your family.

              Off to the gym I go. I won't be working out this weekend, which will suck, but I'll be a good girl and not eat like a crazy person.
              I'm super nervous about leaving the kiddies for a couple of days - even though my husband will be home with them. No one can do it like mom - My anxiety is kicking!

                  best vibes possible to gottabme and colleenieweenie!

                  I'm still hanging in there! I've resisted all workplace treats, which I'm kind of amazed about.

                  so you people who work out a lot. what's the best thing to eat before a workout, and how soon before? I find myself inconsistently winded, and I'd like to think it's what I'm fuelling up with less than my body being a totally inconsistently wired machine. any suggestions?
