Well here I am again. I'm sure some of you can relate to this cycle. I diet, lose the weight, feel confident I can introduce carbs back in my diet and WHAM, I start to binge eat and the weight comes right back! I am so, so, so depressed. I am so fed up and frustrated with my addictions to carbs. I am good throughout the day - my downfall is nighttime and then I can't seem to stop grazing and eating all the time.
My biggest problem is sticking to it kwim? And why at night? I honestly feel like I'm trying to quit smoking. I did that years ago and this reminds me of it, problem is I can't stop eating.
Anyways, sorry to wine so much. I'm going to get back at it today. The other day I bought about 30 cans of canned chicken and turkey (kinds I like) and some salmon. I'm also going to get some soluable fiber which makes it easier to digest and feel full I've found.
I hope to be able to stick to it....again.
