    Happy Sunday to everyone, it's not raining today and that makes it happy! I have not checked in here regularly b/c of my school schedule. I'll try to be more faithful in it b/c it does help me stay on track. I don't see a lot of the usual check-ins, I hope everyone is still doing well. Outback Jess? Fldoodette? derby girl (can't remember the name you post with)?

    I made it through my TOM w/o any casualties, just some minor skirmishes. I think I still lost .9-1.2 pounds in that week. Have not measured yet. But my jeans are definitely too big, I might be able to squeeze into a 16 now, but I don't like to look like I've been poured into them!

    Last week I tried adding tomatoes to my menu, not sure how successful it was due to the other questionable things I did last week, like eating more cream than usual, and the one day of eating almost nothing except a whole can of pumpkin with add-ons! It's so hilarious when I think about it. Anyway this is my 2nd week of OWL so I'm going to stick with the tomatoes, trim back on the cream, and see if I still lose up to a pound or slightly over. That's my plan for the week....I'm up to about 23-24g net per day.

    Now back to the study desk...Have fun with it this week, you all...

    I'm still here and still on plan. Glad to hear you're doing well Redfoxglove, hope the other STACers are too. Have a great Sunday all!
    1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
    2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
    3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
    Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

    1) 35 pounds lost
    2) 40 pounds lost to move to Rung 5
    3) 45 pounds lost to update 15 pound loss picture series

      Hello I'm here and still doing well. Glad to see you two are still on plan. I hope everyone is enjoying their weekend.

      We're finally cooling off here in AZ. By "cooling off" I mean we're getting into the 90's now (LOL). It's still warm but much better than 100+ degrees! I'm hoping to get into an actual routine with my walking now that the temp is bearable.

      I squeezed into my size 16's last night. I could button and zip them but I had a SERIOUS muffin top! LOL! Won't be wearing those for awhile! I'm just glad my 18's fit and I can stop wearing maternity pants (it's been 5 1/2 weeks since having the baby so it's about time!).

        Hi! I was wondering what this roll call thing is.. I keep seeing it in different places across the boards. Are we supposed to reply to it each day?

          Thanks, Barb, and Kristen, I used to live in Florida, I don't know how you all survive the heat! Now I've lived in the NW for 18 years, anything above 72 degrees feels hot to me. And I like it that way!

          Mothette, I don't know of any "rules" about this roll call thing, for me it's just a way to check in each day with some of the people who are grooving along. For me it's a way to feel that I'm part of a community, instead of just doing it all alone.

          Back to the study table! Have a great week.

            Present and accounted for had a busy weekend but was able to stay on track - I didnt drink enough water, I can balance that out tomorrow!

                Hey there, I'm here. No rules, just check in and say hi....responding and making friends. I was around when we started "roll call" it was going on the "record" here, present and accounted for! It was just a way of saying, I'm doing it! We also supported each other on tough days....it built community and friendships which can be the biggest blessings of them all!

                  I didn't have a great weekend. But I am determined to turn that around. I can't have snacks around for the kids. So, they (the snacks) are gone and I have a kitchen filled with the "right stuff". I will try very hard to check in daily on roll call and will share when I need support or help. I look forward to getting to know the people on this board.

                    Wow! 72 degrees is COLD for me! I keep swearing up and down I'm moving somewhere with nicer weather. We'll see if that ever happens!
