    Walk five nights this week for at least 30 minutes.

    No diet coke/coffee.

    No frankenfoods.

    No cream cheese.

    No splenda.

    No pork rinds.

    I need to tattoo this on my forehead.

      Frankenfoods are like the low carb bars.

      I see that you are 5'10" and your goal is 175. I'm in the same boat more or less.
