    Hope we are having a lovely day! I got two breakfasts.. not on purpose! I had already had a bowl of flax/whey protein and hubby came home, I offered to fix his breakfast, he offered to take me out for breakfast! I wasn't about to say no, so I went and ate eggs and bacon. I am still not hungry but I have some nice liver in the fridge, so will be tossing that in a pan shortly.

    Love how on Atkins, his toast and hash browns didn't even tempt me!

    Working on projects today, made my granddaughter a fleece coat, blocked my most recent doilies, plan on working on a quilt, and cleaning my bathroom, laundry is all done!

    I had 2 breakfasts yesterday - but then didnt want anything else to eat all day.

    I love low carb as I JUST DO NOT HAVE THE CRAVING.

      I am envious of your two breakfasts! Right now I wish I had two dinners but I"m too tired to fix anything, so had some legal snacks. I am having a challenge getting all my cooking and food prep in, along with my school work. But at the lunch table yesterday 2 gals were asking me why I was eating so much veggies, so I told them a little. They were the most surprised about how cutting out the wheat has made all the "arthritis pain" go away. I'm feeling terrific about staying on the plan, and how energetic I feel during the day. But it's late so time for bed....
