I'm going to to Friday's tonight. Is there anything safe for Induction on the menu? I know what they have but I'm sooo worried about hidden carbs. I've heard of sugars being added to meat and chicken. I've also heard that some places boil their broccoli in the same water as potatoes, which (I was told) causes starch to "attach" itself to the broccoli. Is this even true?
My first time around I ate @ Friday's all the time. However, that was 5 years ago and I was losing much faster then. I have be so strict this time!
