    Morning all!

    It's been a week since I posted - still maintaining, still going to the gym like a crazy person
    I had a good time in Seattle. It was great to see my sisters, gramma, and ma & pa kettle. My dad remembered me and we had some good laughs. I could see a little glimmer of my "old dad". Here are a couple of pics -

    We are off to Disneyland for a week. We leave on Sunday. The kids don't know - should be fun!!!

        nice photos, colleen! and you got to go to seattle! I love it there.

        I'm still here, hanging in, still haven't cheated. I'm getting bored with food though. not atkins food, just food in general. the idea of mixing it up with some potatoes or other starchy garbage isn't appealing, luckily.

        maybe I'll make another zucchini "noodle" lasagna tonight. if I can force myself to cook it, that is!

          Doing fine here, came home with salad fixins and chuck eye steaks, and steamed just a few cauliflower, so I am full of legal good stuff. Going to get busy on some quilt blocks and wash a few dishes.. when I am a little less full probably do 'Salsa Made Simple!-

            Hey Everyone, I've just about gotten used to the school routine, it's going well academically and with my food that I cart around with me, too. It's actually been fun getting a new routine, and the feeling of confidence I have from having the right foods with me is unbeatable! I haven't weighed in a while b/c I know that I veered off with some alcohol drinks and wine over my bd, DH's bd, and our anniversary, but my pants are totally too big now. Have been active with yoga and exercise biking, too. Coleeniee, your family looks near and dear, I'm glad you got some laughs in with the old dad. Hope you had some of our "nice" fall weather up here in the NW. It's just about settling in for 24/7 rain right about now. Good to check in, I'm doing well, feeling more lucky about my chances to reach my goal every day. Seeya...

            Goal 3: Walk, exercise bike, golf, or yoga 15-30 min, 3x/wk. Consistency counts more than anything.
