I see that you're 5'10" and your goal is 160. I'm a little over 5'10" and as of this morning (yep, Weigh Day) I weigh 182. I was at the doctor the other day and he told me that my BMI was fine but that I didn't need to gain any weight. Duh!
I'm just wondering where you came up with that goal. Also, what size pants do you wear when you are at that goal...
I think that I'm waaaaay too skinny at 160. No boobs and no butt at all. I remember being a lot younger and reading in one of the star magazines that Darryl Hanna is 5'10" and weighs something like 135 pounds. I couldn't believe it. I was born bigger than that.
I'd be real happy if I could get to 175 and stay right there for the rest of my life. That's a size 12 for me and real comfortable.
Anyway, I know everyone is shaped differently and has different ideas about what's healthy. Just curious...
