Well, I figured since I'm re-starting for the 47th time, it was time to finally start posting in the STAC forum LoL.
I wouldn't bother saying that I've started again finally, but I need something to do to keep myself accountable. I lost 40 pounds between July and Thanksgiving last fall, tried to move to OWL, completely fowled it up and of course, as any food addict - just lost it completely. Now having gained AT LEAST 25 of that 40 back, it's time. I have made many promises to myself, which of course I've broken. I'd like to say I'm the victim of candy and donuts, but when I'm on the hunt, they're more like the victim of me LoL.
So begins day one. Again. I've already apologized to my co-workers in advance as I will be detoxing from sugar LoL
B - Egg salad (hard boiled eggs, mayo, mustard)
Bacon
L - Salad
S - Egg Salad
D - Baked chicken boobs (skin on) & broccoli or green beans
