Have a wonderful Friday! I'm hoping to get out of work early!! Slow day as a few surgeons are on vacation!

Good Morning,

I started out my day with a Mushroom/onion omlette & coffee.

I feel pretty good. I may have an obstacle to climb tomorrow, My dh and I are going top a halloween party at a friends house with lots of food and drink. I know I can do it, I just need some encouragement. HELP!!

Raining here in "sunny" FL, too ... but we need it. What the weatherman calls "a good old-fashioned soaking" Tomorrow's my slug day and I'm definitely looking forward to that! No gym, no nothin' ... well, ok, maybe a few crunches

I'm here - feeling good... Got low-carb wraps thsi morning... and some jicama... I've never tried it... any suggestions???
