    Here I go.

    I want my Atkins lifestyle back. I want to feel good about myself again. I want to feel like I am making a difference in my health.

    So.......

    I need to stop feeling sorry for myself and tough out the first week of low carbs and just deal with the cravings and read the boards, post a journal and start believing I am worth it.

    Thanks for listening or reading and I look forward to not feeling like because of what I am eating!!!!!

    Glad your here! I am too starting again with the same feelings you have right now. I am currently on my second week of induction and I couldn't feel any better. You've already taken the first step so just keep on keeping on.... There is alot of support here in these forums. Don't look back.....only forward!

              Tough it out is exactly the phrase the first few days. I think STACers have an advantage though because we know it is true, that if you just hang in there, you get past the rocky peak and onto level ground. So hang tough, and drink lots of water! You're gonna make it!
