    Had a sneaky peak at the scale and down four pounds - yahoo!

    4lbs is great, I wouldn't look if you paid me. I just feel peaceful, and that's allllll I need at this moment in time...Thankfully Im barely hungry, and I always find this such a surprise!

          I guess since I am doing this again.. I can consider myself on the second time around group.

          I am starting Day 8 - week 2 on induction. I am down 8 lbs plus I had to loose the same 1.5 lbs twice uggrrr.. Week 2 will be much slower I bet. I am aiming for 4-5 lbs this week.

          I weigh every day.. I find it keeps me accountable for what I am doing. I weighed in every single day while pregnant and there were weeks that it didnt move but I still got on the scale. If I find it a problem I will take the no weigh challenge for a week at a time.

          Congrats on your 4lb lost.. that is wonderful.

            Good Morning all! I am also a freak when it comes to the scale. I just can't help looking....Arghhhhhhhh. I want that confirmation that its working, that I'm doing good you know what I mean? Anyways, I might have to join one of the challenges to help curb that impulse to jump on the scale all the time...hahaha. Hope you all are having a great morning! It's chilly here in Florida today...although 60 degress is probably not cold for most of you.... I can't help it I've converted ( used to live in Chicago) so now I'm a baby weather wise.

              Good Morning everyone! Day three induction.... found out yesterday that it will be hardest through the nighttime when I am super tired and needing to get up to feed baby, that would be when I would always rummage around in the pantry for treats. Tired always gets to me. Now though.. I made a plan. Have all the baby bottle parts set up and everything far away from the pantry. Put legal snack ( chicken) right in the front of everything else in the fridge. Seemed to work. Feeling great, actually have more energy even though only on day three! Not hungry at all, so telling myself to remember to eat during the day.

                Hi all. It's not morning anymore but I'll check in anyway. I've been so busy cleaning all day that this is the first chance I've had to get online.

                I'm on day 159 of this wol and loving it!

                BTW, it's been snowing here all day and it's beautiful outside. I love the snow; I'm just glad I don't have to work out in it.

                  Hello everyone! Congratulations on all your weight losses so far. I started over on induction today. No more artificial sweeteners, cream cheese, or sf jello. I'm worried that these things affected my first week. So I consider myself at day one again. Lost 50 pounds the first time on Atkins and loved it. I'm hoping to lose 75 this time. I'm glad we have this group. Weight loss seems slower this time, so it's great to have this support. Have a great day all.
