  • Day 3 and Feeling goooood

I am very fortunate. My body loves low carb, my addict does not. But I had to lock up the addict this past Sunday night. I had to turn off her volume and begin to listen to reason and previous experience. They spoke a new VOLUME, all about how good I will soon feel, and how the cravings and desires will die if I starve them and refuse to give in.

So far so good day 3. So much more mentally capable. I am studying and am doing great today, beginning to tackle the certification exam in pieces. Over 50% done....

This is a HUGE breakthrough. I get up every morning and my brain says, "wonder if I am really thinner today" and my souls says, "right now the only thing that matters is peace and control".....Guess I'll turn up the volume on that one too.....the one that is grateful for peace and control, soon that will roll OVER into confidence and CONVICTION!

    Hey Jess x

I am with you - day three and so glad to be back in control. I felt my first wobble this afternoon where I felt like eating something but wasn't sure what but some avocado quashed it immediately. I am really pleased to be back. If I could break my scale addiction I would be in an even better place!!
