Good day today. 40 mins cardio and it felt much easier than the last time I did it. I wonder if it's because I have lost half a stone or whether it's because I am on this WOE? Whatever it is - I'll take it! My trainer at the gym wants me to build up to 52 mins (yep the 2 is very important
) mins cardio...
Lovely lunch today. I cooked the mashed cauliflower from the Living La Viva Low Carb channel on You Tube (check it out) and it was delicious. I then had leftovers today (see my journal) and it was even better.
I am going to try very hard to not weigh in until Monday.... I so hope I can do it - it would be a first!
