    I am up very early, and fired up for some reason! Good morning STACers.
    Today, make it a great day, do the right things to put you in a good place for the weekend. Take all the extra little steps to make sure that you have a clean atkins weekend......

    Morning Jess. After your post yesterday (and reading Livin' la vida low carb), I realised that I wasn't giving my exercise routine enough effort. I have been going to the gym 2-3 times a week. I am going to step that up to 4-5 times a week. I dropped the kids off at nursery this morning and went straight there - gave it 100% - and was home in time for a delcious brunch and refreshing shower before collecting the girls again. I have more exercise to do this afternoon - tidying my house!

      Morning!

      Off to drop #2 off at school and drag #3 to the gym with me - Spin class this morn, followed by lower body resistance training.

      Might go with #1 to see a scary movie tonight - he is the only one that will watch freaky movies with me. Any recommendations?

        Quarantine is the only "scary" movie I know about being in theatres right now...

        I have eaten my breakfast, planning some sort of run today (figured out the scale loves me when I go running), need to get through my To Do List before going to dinner with a friend.

          Hi All,
          Thanks, Jess,for the suggestion to plan ahead. I know I need to get back to working out. I've been dealing with Atkins flu and a horrible chest cold, but I'm beginning to think I would feel better if I get back on my treadmill-even if I set it for a much lower speed.

            Here & making the best of my day. Not feeling well~~cold going around work. Planning for the veggie challenge next week & making a shopping list.
