Gotta start over

I almost finished my 2 week induction I was on day 12 but I gave into a small little triscuit with creamcheese, then another then another. I had lost 5 lbs. and learning a new WOL. I did have severe induction flu, then I forgot to take the supplement esp. Calcium and Mag. Today was fair but not perfect. Now I know when they say don't take just one bite!
Tomorrow is the new day of induction. I am looking forward to it

Hey, we're all human. It takes everyone awhile to adjust their habits, after all, for some of us, it's been a lifelong love affair with food!

Just hop right back on the bandwagon. Good luck!

For what it's worth, I've been stuck for two days at the same weight. You're not alone in the struggle.

ufff that has happened to me girl.. but I am like an alcoholic when I take one bite I am done for for weeks... good job getting back on

Don't start over, just keep moving forward, if you start over, it could effect your attitude. Just keep moving forward, day 13 or 14 and extend it a day or two before deciding if you would rather stay on extended induction or move to the rungs.
