  • wow it does get easier...

It is so nice to have cravings gone!!! The biggest thing will be that my husband and I enjoy going out to dinner together... not really for the food but rather to just have some peace and quiet together... we like indian food which is basically a no go.. so we wil have to find restaurants that I can eat at.. we like vietnamese too.. I just hope I can loose 20lbs fast.. I know at that point I will begin to SEE the results and it will all be worth it... ok.. tomorrow is on to week 2

      Good for you!
I love Indian food too. I am pretty sure the tikka grill type meats are OK and the spinach. I did check Chicken Jalfrezi and they assured me it had no flour or sugar in it but I think I will wait until I am in maintenance before I risk it!

Yes it does get easier and easier!!! You can do this....Be careful about getting into much of a hurry, it tends to raise our expectations and then when these things dont go real fast, we get discouraged and sometimes the tumbling begins.
In the beginning there is a lot of water weight loss, because the carbs we store in the form of glycogen in the muscle are accompanied by water 3pts water to one pt glycogen. So, after that inital drop, we start to really go about burning fat! But if you work out, you will also be building muscle and keep that measuring tape near by for real results!
