  • Feeling bad!

    So I'm on day 2 of my induction. I've made really delicious very low carb recipes from Linda's Low Carb site. I know that they're induction friendly but they're so good and fill me up so quickly that I feel like I'm cheating and eating something bad. I know that I'm not eating anything bad but I feel that way, specially since there's so much fat in these meals. Fortunately I don't have induction flu today which I usually have around this time of induction. Well I'll check in later. Have a good day!

    ok what are the recipies.. I wanna feel like I´m cheating too hahaha.. good luck day 4 it gets sooo much better.. I am on day 9

      Well the recipe I had today was the tuscano soup which has spinach, sausage, chicken broth, and a ilttle bit of half and half. It tastes so amazing. Everyone that I work with loves it and they don"t even know it only has 2 carbs a serving. I also made faux chinese fried rice from cauliflower. It is so good!

        why don´t you use heavy cream so you don´t have the carbs in half and half?? I wish you were here to cook for me hahah I hate it
