Re: what are you planning for thanksgiving?

Couldn't help but chime in. Last Thanksgiving I was on atkins and thought I could just have a little and hop right back on track. Things didn't go as I planned and it threw me into a spiral where I gained 30 pounds and ended up at my all time high. I just couldn't get controll. I know you'll make the best choice. Have a happy Thanksgiving!

Oh, Thanksgiving! The time to give thanks for giving up the high carbed foods and watching our waist melt. Yep, it's a great time to plan ahead now so you won't set yourself up for failure and be prepared for the day.

I agree with Julie 100%. Plan ahead, don't blame others for your food choices, be in control of what you do and who you are.

Enjoy the time with your family and reason behind the holiday. Make each holiday a time to enjoy the company and not the food, and you'll be successful with each holiday, birthday, etc. excuse that comes!

All that being said, I'm looking forward to a good jog/walk with friends and neighbors, and then an early dinner with my family so we can do a few traditional things and maybe go for another walk---we really like our new neighborhood

      Happy Turkey Planning!
