Morning STACers.
A few thoughts today as we go into the holiday week.
I was down stairs working out with my gal who is in a lifestyle make over. It's called Project Fitness and I over see 5 women as they transition from inactivity to becoming active, fit and healthy. First off, 5oclcock came WAYYYYY to early for me! She worked out and I kept thinking about a "battle plan" a strategic plan for getting through the food-laden holiday.
I told her that my family is celebrating pretty much alone this year, and what a great opportunity I have to establish something healthy in the mix.
I explained our family is going on a "morning hike" with all our dogs, and we are going to do it regardless of the weather. It's our battle plan. Activity first, and laziness second.
I asked this girl to write out a personalized plan for the day so that her week was strong and organized, no slipping into food on Monday since the holiday is here....No blowing up on Thurs and unable to stop by Saturday and restarting all her hard work on Mon.
What could she SET IN MOTION that was doable, sustainable, achievebale and she was capable of accomplishing to MAINTAIN MOMENTUM!
I ask you all the same, success does not just fall out of the trees and down on top of us, we have to use CHOICES and stick to them to accomplish set things! What are you out to accomplish? Hold onto and achieve this week, and weekend coming up???
