Good morning all,
I have been going through the posts and all who are starting again are in my prayers.
I am into week 4 and have lost 10 solid pounds
. This is after starting over after week 2. I refuse to focus on the "if I wouldas" you know if I would of stayed on the plan, I am feeling good. I am not craving sweets and I have not binged in 4 weeks. I have not been exercising and that is the next mission I will enter into. I plan on starting the c25k program for the 20th time, hey is this starting and stopping a pattern for me in other areas of my life
I am not computer savvy but my girls are and when they are home over the holiday I will figure out how to get all these fun signs and ticker tape. Love to read all the posts,

You're off to a great start. Looks as though you have a plan in place and that's exactly what it takes. Plan, plan, plan.
