  • I am still here

    Good morning all,
I have been going through the posts and all who are starting again are in my prayers.
I am into week 4 and have lost 10 solid pounds. This is after starting over after week 2. I refuse to focus on the "if I wouldas" you know if I would of stayed on the plan, I am feeling good. I am not craving sweets and I have not binged in 4 weeks. I have not been exercising and that is the next mission I will enter into. I plan on starting the c25k program for the 20th time, hey is this starting and stopping a pattern for me in other areas of my life I am not computer savvy but my girls are and when they are home over the holiday I will figure out how to get all these fun signs and ticker tape. Love to read all the posts,

Hello Susie! Thank you for your post! You have a great attitude! Congratulations on everything you have done so far! You're really doing great!

I have a hard time exercising sometimes too so I try to remind myself that every little helps- taking the stairs instead off the lift, walking from one store to the next while Christmas shopping instead of taking the car. These are little things that can make a difference but don't seem daunting at all to do. Of course a real exercise programme is best but these things can help in the in between!

And thank you so much for the well wishes (I'm one of the re-starters!).

        You are doing great!!

Hey Suzie, I like your forward-thinking...No sense in looking back, just look forward and what can you do today and a bit later in the day, how you think has alot to do with movement, or getting stuck! Think "this is what I can do now"...
