    In the pit...

    ...climbing my way out and very thankful for the STAC forum and those of you sharing your stories.

    I've been lurking, reading, a lot of great stories and experiences, and they've made me realize there's so much more to life than wallowing in that pit.

    Lisa, you are so right! I have been in that pit too and just in the past couple days have I started climbing out. I'm ready to enjoy life and not let it pass me by!

        It takes a lot of strength to get out of the pit, and as you make the effort to get moving, soon momentum will be your friend, and you will begin to really move! Don't give up on your self. It's great when others believe in us, but when we loose all hope for ourselves we just can hardly move. This diet has worked for you in the past, it also has so many other benefits besides weight loss, come up and out of that pit, there is soooo much life to be HAD!

          Been in that pit myself on more than one occassion. I'm very grateful to be on the outside right now.

          I'm glad to hear that all of you are on the way out or out of that pit.

            What an inspiring post. Thank you, Lisa! We get so stuck in the pit sometimes...as we climb out it is so good to support and share with others who are also climbing out. Seeing you guys climbing out encourages me to take more steps towards getting out myself! Thank you and good luck! You can do it!
