    Goodmorning STACers.
Hope this all finds you well. Another day to stay the course, and be energized. I have noticed such a huge improvement in energy. I find no need to just "lay around" or try and get going. I never stopped all weekend long and I know it's because I've got those carbs that cause such a slumbering in me,GONE!

    Morning STACers!

I have a sore throat AGAIN! It is so annoying as it effects my chest too so I can't go for cardio workouts. I did my Crunch video today and was surprised just how out of shape my abs are... am going to try and do it most days as it only takes 20 mins (incl. warm up and cool down).

The kids had a Christmas party at school today so are in a great mood - very Christmassy!

Good morning Jess and Zx and all who stop by today.

Today is day 5 for me and I can totally relate to what Jess is saying about the difference in my body and energy with the overload of carbs gone.

It's off to work for me. Just five days and then I have two weeks off! That will be great !

I joined the 6WEC this time around and I committed to exercising 5 days per week. Yesterday was day 1 and I got 30 min of clogging in. I'm going to try taking advantage of the gym at work. My plan is to go in before work (I'm not a morning person, but I always feel GREAT when exercise starts my day) ~ as a bonus I'll get a good parking spot. I don't mind walking from my car to work, it's just nice to be able to walk out the door and be on my way after the day's over.

      Happy Monday!

Woot! Good morning, everyone! As of today, I've made it through the initial 2 week induction cheat free! I feel like I've conquered Everest. I'm going to stay on induction a bit longer, but plan to up my veggies a little. I just discovered mashed "potato" cauliflower with a pinch of shredded cheese. Soooo yummy.

Today is day 5 for me as well - I don't feel a huge increase in energy but I do notice a difference! This afternoon I am taking the kids to the park and am looking forward to some fresh air and sunshine. I've been feeling hungry the past couple days - I think I am not eating enough, but I just don't feel like eating. That's a new feeling for me! I had my lunch eaten by 11 this morning so I am going to have to figure out a snack in a little bit. Dinner will be salad, chicken legs, and zucchini fritters.

I'm ALMOST down 25 lbs! I can hardly believe it! half a lb more to my next mini goal! *dances*

Hello All! I'm checking in for today, it is good to see you all here!

I took a long walk after work all around the city- it was cold but beautiful with all the lights and trees up! And the cold made me walk really quickly so it was great exercise! After I got better from being sick last week it seems like every one else at work is sick now so I hope everyone here is well! I can't believe Christmas is so soon!

Checking in today -- better late than never! All is well, on day 5 and down 5 pounds. I expect that to slow down, but am feeling good in the meantime.

Hi everyone! I'm super late, but I guess it's just going to be one of those weeks. I'm getting ready for holiday parties this week--I'm volunteering to bring something to all of them so that I know I'll have at least one legal dish.

In other news, I saw a hint of my ribs today for the first time in YEARS! Sometimes it's the littlest things that give me a much-needed boost!
