Hey everybody, hope you are doing well.
I went back and read yesterday's posts on roll call. Some people have made it 5 days, to 2 weeks in control! This is a huge accomplishment!
To begin to feel good again is wonderful. To start to feel the overload of carbs get back OUT of the body is a great feeling.
Hold on through the cravings, have a plan and work it!
That good feeling, that sense of food quieting down and your body starting to feel better is worth all the pain of getting there.
I rode my bike last night while training a project fitness girl, (it's a 6 mo program 16 women from our church are doing and I coach 5 of them). Usually I watch and coach them, but since I will soon be working alot more I am transitioning into working out next to them. So we were on bikes in the garage, and I have not ridden intervals in over a month. I've let exercise get very quiet so as not to disturb my induction eating.
I strapped on the heart rate monitor and my heart rate was right at the top of my zone the whole ride....that means I've lost some aerobic endurance!!!! Usually it's 10-15 bpm's less! How crazy!!!!!! I will be riding again tonight and seeking to really up my endurance again!
