    Starting over once more!!

    Hi all,

    I know that the Atkins plan works, fell of the wagon and gained 13 pounds back, but started over this morning.

    The support of this board helped me before, I need some accountability to keep me going.

    Best of luck to the rest of you who are starting over, let's all be here for each other!!

    I am right there with you.
    I will be starting off fresh on Jan 1, 2009. I am not going to bother starting sooner just to cheat on New Years Eve. Good luck.

        Most of us can say we've "started over once more". The best thing though is that you're back. You're in a good, supportive place ! We definitely have to be in the right mindset to succeed and it sounds like you are ready to take control.
