  • is it just me or is it a little easier?

It really sucks to have had such success the first time around only to fall of the wagon for months and months and undo all my hard work. On the bright side it seems as though this time around it is a little easier than last time. Maybe it's because this time I already know what foods I can and can't eat so there isnt't such a huge question mark. It could also be because this time I know I can do it. What do you guys think?

Yep, you know how and what works for your body...it seems easier the second (1001st) time around because you already know how to work/live/breath with Atkins as your eating way of life.

      Best wishes!

Welcome back ! It is easier because you know it works ~ you've already had success with this WOL/WOE. Also, since you know where you were before you went on a hiatus and want to get back there perhaps your resolve is more intense. I'm sure you can "taste" your success!

        Good luck!

I'm sure it's a bit of both that makes this WOL easy for you this time around. I've definitely realized that I can pretty much do this without having to check the book every time. Plus having a positive mind set and an extra "oomph" definitely help to keep me on track!
