Hey all,
I just noticed the STAC forum, and I guess this is where I should be. I'm on day 11 of my induction and enjoying every minute of it. Yesterday was my only hard day so far, the kids had macaroni and cheese which is my Achilles heel and my wife had chips while watching a movie with me. I have been enjoying a variety of chicken wings, smoked pork with salsa verde, ham, carne asada, and sausage. I find that if I have a good variety induction is very fun and easy. I am down 18 lbs in 10 days. I am going to make some beef jerky this afternoon and maybe a turkey breast. I hope everyone else is having a great holiday season.

Congrats on the -18 pounds! You're doing great. I love to hear how you're "enjoying every minute" of Induction. Makes me smile because I know it can be a challenge.
). I ate the leftovers the next day, and since that day was already shot, I continued cheating for exactly 24 hours. I had just finished my super clean induction, and was down 19 lbs. I gained 2 overnight on New Years Eve, and 5 more the next day. It took me until today to get back to where I was. 24 hours of cheating cost me 4 days. I did quit smoking though
