I wanna be thin, yes thin n healthy, its like a dream which is not yet reached, and i have lost all the motivation.

I have been trying to loose weight, ever since i gave birth to my daughter 2 years ago, but have only FRETTING to loose weight which in the end has made me gain more rather than to loose.

ITs heartbreaking, i want to be fit for my kids...
This time im more determined that i ever was, as i had loadsssssssssss of personal issues, which are now under control, sort of..

WEll any words of comfort would do..

Im starting atkins from today 4th jan 09

Wish me luck and also advise good exercise for the unduction period

    love ya alll
    cheers

    Re: Now or Never

I say start with beginners yoga on induction week one. It calming, especially if you've been under a lot of stress for the past two years, it does wonders for your body and your mind.

But, induction week two, as you'll be feeling fan-friggin-tastic by then, try to step it up to "The FIRM" videos (which ROCK) or Tae-Bo or something along those lines. When you get into a good habit of 3x a week working out, start throwing in some strength training with weights. That's why I love "The FIRM" so much, they mix cardio with strength training and you SEE results immerging after just a few workouts.

It's good to see your back, and wanting to be thin and healthy sounds like perfect motivation to me Who says your motivation is gone? You just wrote it out!

Hooray for coming back! Get thru week one and you'll feel like a million bucks and then it just gets easier and easier to let those pounds melt away!! Keep us updated on how the workouts go, and check-in at rollcall
