I really fell off the wagon in the last few weeks. I'm getting back on track tomorrow-doing induction again. Went shopping today and have all the food I need. I gained about 5 lbs., so I'm hoping to shed those lbs. I also got out of the whole exercise routine, but I'm going to get back to that too. I've been reading some posts today and I'm motivated and ready to get back to it! You all inspire me so much! Thank you! I hope everyone has a great Monday!
