  • On the road again! isnt that a song? :)

    Hello,
Well I was trying to think of something different to call this but either way I say it " here I go again" I went off plan in september for surgery and then tried to get back on track did lose about 10lbs but then the dreaded holidays came and went and I could not keep things streight. The one thing that saved me from gaining the 10 lbs back was my whole family ended up with a stomach flu and we all lost weight.

So with that said I am back, I did not make a new years resolution I figure I should just try to be better and what happens happens, I have come a long way and lost alot of weight the last 2 yrs and I will continue, the doctor says at least 20 more lbs that would put me at 150 so thats what I am shooting for. I am 5 ft 3 in and the chart says 140ish but we will see how it gos......

Happy New Year to you all and good luck the coming year.

      Hi Robin and welcome back!

That's great that you managed to keep the weight off, but not so great that you had to go through those methods to do so. The stomach flu is definitely not a fun thing to go through.

You've done an awesome job so far and I'm sure you will do great the rest of the way.
