    Hey everyone! Looks like most of you are having great success. Steady, it will come for you. Don't get frustrated, you know what TOM can do to us girls. We all know that this WOE works if you just follow Dr A's guidelines. I'm really concentrating on getting lots of water in. I'm tired of the potty breaks, though ) Like most others here, I'm surprised by how little I have been tempted lately by things that I'm not supposed to eat. That used to be a huge issue for me, and I'm thinking it's a sign that I am doing things the right way.

      Checking in & feeling a bit wiped out. A brief thought about eating an english muffin with peanut butter. Food/H20 on track for today!

        Hi. I, like Chauber, went off plan for the holidays, and also was more of a premaint/maintenance. I didnt go crazy, but did have things like peas, chick peas, and sweet potato. I also had alcohol. I did not have breads, cookies, candies, things with sugars, etc. I dont feel bad about it, and got right back on track after the holidays. I did gain 2 pounds, but have already lost them and am back on track like I never missed a beat. Though if I have to pee one more time, I may just scream!! Haha.....

        Heres to today, and doing it for me.....

          hi everyone,

          late check in. day 8 for me and feeling great. didn't eat enough throughout the day though and right now i am starvin marvin! about to make a salad w/grilled chicken for dinner. yum!!! okay enough talk...gotta go eat!!

            Hi everyone! Just a quick check in for me since it's already late here and past my bedtime!

            Today was a great day. Stayed on plan and even went for a 10km walk. It was freezing outside and I froze my patootie off! lol
