    Happy Saturday everyone!

    I'm feeling energized this morning! I'm ready to take on the day!

    I hope everyone else is loving this WOL as much as I am right about now!

    Hi there

    I am slowly cleaning my way through all my cupboards and the house is feeling so much clearer... maybe there is something in feng shui?!

    Off out tonight to a nepalise restaurant. They do lovely dry curries which are fine on the WOE. Also shredded cabbage and spinach as side dishes so I can do without all the carby crapola!

      I'm here, trying to clean house and rearrange some furniture. That ought to burn some calories!!

        Hi guys! I'm here and still on track! Its 8:22pm in my neck of the woods. I had a good day. Feeling really good. I did my aqua aerobics this morning and 300 ab crunchs and then off to help a friend with somethings she needed. I wanted to get to the gym again in the afternoon but never made it. Now I am in my workout gear. Laying in my bed writting to you guys! I am seriously trying to get myself to do my belly dance aerobic video and my remaining 300 ab crunches for the day. Anybody want to motivate me off this bed and start that belly dance dvd? I need to get in at least an hour of cardio five days a week!
        Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the little voice at the end of the day that says...I'll try again tommorrow.

          Hey Zarabelle! Have a lovely time at that restaurant tonight. Sounds fantastic. I wouldn't mind a lovely curry right now... I miss those great curries I used to eat in Kenya. They have fantastic Indian restaurants... Oh so I miss chilli paneer.... my fav...

            I am tired today.... Very tired. But I am here and happy to say still on plan.

            Yesterday I cleaned out our closet and my dresser as well as my hubby's dresser. I am taking all of my old clothes to charity. OMG- I hadn't done it in a couple of years I think. I had a lot of stuff just taking up space.

            I was Mom's taxi service last night starting at 7 pm. I get a call from Hubby his plane landed 1.5 hours earlier than what he told me. Then I get home from that and I had to run my daughter to a rock concert, and then pick her up. To top it off I forgot about dinner in the rush and started to panic. I ordered a flank steak at a local grill on my way home from dropping my daughter down town and ate dinner at 8:45 pm. I didn't pick my daughter up until 11:45 pm and I didn't get to sleep until 12:30 am (way late for me).

            My butt is dragging today but hubby and I are going out tonight to one of my favorite places. It is a theater and grill. You can buy beer/wine of you want but they have some of the greatest simple food and pizza etc. I can eaily eat of the menu.

              Just hanging out today & relaxing. I'm on call for the weekend & got called in this AM for several hours. Hit the grocery store when I was done & had a great salad when I got home. DD & are are going to try a new recipe this evening.

                Wow! There is a lot of cleaning going on! I was cleaning today too, it is amazing how much of a work out it can be! I hope all are well today!

                  just getting myself mentally prepared for practice. still on plan. I actually scaled back to the nut rung to get a grip! I think I've just been eating too much. and the hormones...ugh.

                    Hello fellow STACers. I did some mall shopping/walking today. Normally I drive 'round and 'round looking for the closest parking spot, stuff my car into a space, then struggle to get myself out of the car because there isn't enough room. How silly is that? Like I couldn't use the exercise?! Today I zipped into a parking space in the back of lot (plenty of room), enjoyed the walk, and watched others drive in circles. Still on plan and feel good. Cravings have definitely diminished. It's snowing this evening so I will shovel tomorrow -- more exercise!

                    Enjoy your dinners out (no cooking, no clean up) and your clean houses!

                      Hello, everyone! Well, today is the 10th day, and my weight loss has slowed down a little bit. I'm sticking to plan, but can't seem to drink all the water that I need. I take care of my parents for 8 hours a day, so I don't get a lot of exercise. I am going to do my best to do that next week, while Dad sleeps. They have an exercise bicycle in the basement. Hopefully, that will speed things up! Til' next time!!
