I find this amazing. I have done induction maybe 7-9 times. I have lost count over the last 9 years it has been so many failures to stay on plan. Anyway I have never lost like I am right now. I have lost 9# is 1 week. I usually loose 5-6 the first week and then a couple more and it slows down to 1-2 per week for the next several weeks.

At this point in my life this feels like second nature. I have been through the valley a time or two and eating this way feels better to me. I no longer feel bloated and puffy. It was hard to watch my husband eating gourmet pizza last night while I was eating flank steak, deviled eggs and steamed vegis, but today it was well worth it. I just put on jeans I haven't worn since October.

    Have a great afternoon STAC'ers

FANTASTIC! Alaska you are doing really great! I was tempted to pull out my smaller jeans today but then I decided that I will wait until I am done with induction. Well done and enjoy the rest of your weekend!

      Re: Amazing

Great job on the 9 pounds already! Keep it up!

The longer I'm on plan the easier it is for me to not care what others are eating and enjoy the yummy food I get to eat. There are those days though!
