Hi Everyone
Ive always been slightly addicted to the scale and never really listened to people when they told me to take measurments. ONLY because I am using fitday I took the measurments. During my first week on induction I lost exactally 5 lbs. Honestly, I had expected to lose just a little more, maybe 7+ because I've been feeling fantastic and I've been doing great on induction. 5lbs was ever so slightly disappointing.
To my surprise I've lost 1.5 inches on my waist and 1 inch on my hips!
Its great motivaton and proof for me that the scale may not always be accurate about how the body is changing.
My battle with my 'muffin top' continues, but 1.5 inches off of it feels FANTASTIC!
