all last week i pretty much was doing induction but i just wasn't counting carbs. my keto strips started showing deep purple(moderate) yesterday. i did great on this program a few years ago, but being a newly quit smoker made it so hard. thursday will be 2.5 years smoke free and i'm ready to get the rest of me in shape not just my lungs!!! the only thing i'm not sure i can give up is my 24OZ cup of coffee each morning. i do construction so i like me a steaming insulated mug of coffee. i'll try decaff and see how that goes. i take my cofee black with splenda and i ordered some liquid sucralose from ebay that should be here tomorrow
any who i just weighed and took some measurements. currently 240 with a 47"gut and 43" waist. i have a very stocky broad shoulders body type at 5'7" so i'd be happy to just hit 200 and take it from there. when i can figure out how to make one of those weight tracker things i will add one to my signature i also have a before pic that i might decide to add to the appropriate forum
