    Not to much to write today... I'm running late for work.
    Eating tuna with mayo, mustard, jalapenos, onion, cajun, and chopped string cheese for breakfast Yumms!

    And, I'm off

    I've got 5 months left until I walk at commencement ceremonies....I need to get my rear in gear or I'll be resembling a certain air-filled mascot for a certain tire commercial back in the 80s (or maybe they still have him as their mascot today?). It'll be black attire for my BS degree instead of the blue that I wore 2 years ago for my AA and did a fantastic job resembling Violet on Willy Wanka.

    I'm working on day 1.....again.

          Made another batch of beef jerky this morning and had a cheesburger (no bun), and a bratwurst for breakfast. Having wings for lunch and a quart of water. I'm doing laundry and changing sheets today while I watch football. My wife is in nursing school, so I am pretty much a single parent now. Fifteen more months til she gradutates!

            I'm enjoying the start of my three days off, glad the snow stopped but now ice everywhere... going to try Plsmachic's tuna recipe for lunch minus the jalapenos and add in some celery! Off to the drugstore & supermarket and then some much needed exercise... probably my new "Workout with Jackie" video.

              Happy Sunday STAC'ers.

              I am present and accounted for. Today is club dog training so I will be out all day playing with the pooches.

              I am eating chicken galric gueyree cheese sausage for breaky. I will take lunch with me today. Egg salad and celery and boursin cheese. My hubby is doing dinner. We are having Alaska crab for dinner. Not sure how we will prepare it but it will probably be with a salad or cocktail.

                I am here..........Was a rough weekend so far, but I made it. Had a salad with romaine, and took some hot Italian sausage that was in the fridge and cut it up, fried it in some butter and added 2T of tomato sauce I made to it, then melted some jalapeno jack on top, and that says breakfast to me. Going out for the day, and I will probably have a hamburger minus the bun when I am out. Might buy an eliptical trainer thing today, not sure.

                  Hi guys! I am here!

                  Its very cold here in Salzburg (Brrrr)! Been on track all day and did a fab work out (60 min jog and 35 min walk all continuous on the treadmill. Then did my weight machine workout. Came home and made my pork stir fry and not I am going to bed. You guys all have a fantastic day and stay on track
                  Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the little voice at the end of the day that says...I'll try again tommorrow.

                      Am I too late to post? I weighed in at 173 today..up 1/2 lb from yesterday. Haven't lost more that 1 full lb in a month. I decided it was time to be active again so I rode bike with the kids for 2 hours yesterday (leisurely) and walked a little on the beach today (just to stay off the couch). Perhaps some mobility will help.

                      I work 2nd shift, so I'll probably be posting around 2am, or mid-afternoon before I go to work, or both. I need you guys!

                        I'm still here! my face is breaking out now, thanks TOM, you jerk. this month, it also feels like half of the (ton) of water I've had this week is sitting under my skin. I guess I'll wait a few days before I weigh again! today was a bit of a higher rung day, but that's fine. what I wanted more than anything was an apple-custard danish. what I had instead was a whole milk latte with too much english toffee stevia, and a little square of 85% cocoa chocolate.
