    Good morning STACers.
    It's gonna be a great day. I have a vision for myself this year. It includes thriving on low carb and exercise. It includes going to new levels personally. It includes facing more of my own food demons. It includes consistency, tenacity, focus, and self discipline.
    I wrote myself a letter of my vision and I leave it up on the desk top at night so when I get up in the morning I can read it over coffee and focus myself.
    Daily focus is what I need to create new habits. I hope you all have daily focus and stick-to-it-tivenss! NOTHING HAPPENS BY ACCIDENT....

    I woke up bright and early and did laundry and cleaned my house.

      I haven't checked in in a few days because I have strayed. I couldn't take it any longer and had to have some chocolate. (TOM) I am back on 100% today. Boating season is just around the corner..

        Morning to all! I'm here and committed to this low-carb lifestyle. Scales are moving down, just have to get myself to stay off of them every day (I confess, I'm a scale addict). I am focused on putting the right things in my body, and now adding back in regular exercise. I have several DVD's that I can start using, tonight is the night to start. Already have dinner planned, it's a great recipe I found on Linda's low carb recipe site.

        Hope everyone had a great low-carb day!

          I'm here too and feel great today! I've committed to stop eating nuts because I eat too many and they are slowing my weight loss. I'm on premaintenance and am allowed them but I just can't stop once I start, NO MORE NUTS!

            I am doing lovely, my BMI is officially off the 'obese' end of the chart. Just awful busy these days! Eveyone have a great one!

              good morning! today is day 14 for me!!! hooray!! my reflections on the past two weeks: keep up the good work, eat less processed food (hot dogs and lunchmeat) and more water. i feel good! have a great day and stay warm if you live anywhere near me. it is going to be -12 tonight!!!!!!!!!!!

                I'm here! Looks like another beautiful, warm, morning today and I'm feeling great. Put on a pair of pants this morning, that I couldn't zip up a few weeks ago, and can now zip them up. Made me feel like dancing! I have a whole skinny wardrobe in the basement, just waiting for me, so I'm determined to bring them up asap. Off to work now, have a great one everyone.

                    I'm here! It is day 12 for me! Yeah! Love induction not too sure when I plan on ending it....maybe after I hit the 20lbs mark, maybe more...for now I am happy and shrinking! Have a great day everyone!

                      Good morning, all! Still feeling yucky, but better than yesterday, that's for sure! Still pretty cold here for VA. I probably shouldn't complain when some of our pals in the north are in the minus digits!

                      I've lost a total of 7 lbs, but I'm not changing my signature yet. My guess is that most of it is due to being ill. I can't taste much so I'm not eating much. If it's still gone by next Monday, I'll change it.

                      Sounds like everyone is doing pretty good. Keep up the good work!

                          Good morning all! I sarted my day off right by scraping my windows. I live 3 miles north of Florida, so this is ridiculous. I went to a 45 minute power aerobics session and can barely walk. I bet tommorow is going to be fun!

                              Happy Wednesday STAC'ers.

                              I awoke to no power in our house. The first time we have ever lost power in the winter. I lit some candles and used the flashlights but realized we really have nothing if this happens again and we live in a "wild state". In the summer it is daylight all day so having lanturns has never been an issue. I will slowly start adding to my non-existant emergency kit for home- so I am prepared next time. Thankfully our power came on after a couple of hours but I realize I wasn't prepared.

                              Anyway- Hubby came home from work they closed today because of the roads and the schools are closed. So I have a houseful and a lot of work to do...
