    hello all great post angela im on day seven i cant tell that ive lost weight yet
    but in going to hang in i hope i can tell something soon i now you said dont weigh every day but i cant help it its like i got to no and when i check nothing i just want to lose so bad my wife said my breath was worst than the norm (lol) i think im in ketois any way just wanted to say hi

      Stay on plan and stay motivated! Sometimes the scale won't budge but if you feel better or your clothes are looser -- that's success!

        I weigh every morning and I'm fine with that. Sometimes I'll lose, and then for a week at a time or more, nothing. The key when you weigh every day is that you don't get discouraged when you don't lose. Because there are LOTS of times you won't. Weight fluxuates SO much on a daily basis. That's why they say NOT to weigh every day as you WILL have those times when you don't lose and then you get down, and lots of times, fall off the wagon. If you DO feel the need to weigh everyday, I'd suggest first thing in the morning. Personally, I get up, go to the bathroom and weigh myself sans clothing immediately. Then do not weigh myself again until the next morning, in the same manner. Usually this is the lowest weight of the day for people. Plus without clothing you get YOUR weight, with no additives. But don't get discouraged if you don't see a change. Sometimes you'll find that you've lost inches when weight doesn't change, or maybe after 5 days with no loss you'll hit a big amount of loss on day 6. As a last ditch effort, if you feel the need to weigh everyday, but can't keep from being down with no loss, maybe you can ask someone to hide your scale for you Good luck!!
